On December 9, 2025, Rep. Pfluger wrote: “ICYMI: The Trump Administration is continuing to support American agriculture with a $12 billion aid package. This critical assistance will provide much needed stability to farmers and ranchers in Texas-11. Read more below: https://t.co/AyTaBpe8mu”
The following day, December 10, 2025, he announced new health care legislation: ” I just introduced the More Affordable Care Act to lower health care costs, expand consumer choice, and increase transparency.
We have to stop pouring money into a system that doesn’t work and ditch Washington’s one-size-fits- none approach to health care. https://t.co/3SfsGZxOfv“

August Pfluger has served as the representative for Texas’s 11th District since 2021 after replacing Mike Conaway. He won his seat by defeating Jon Mark Hogg in the 2020 general election with nearly 80% of the vote.
