Rep. August Pfluger, U.S. Congressman representing Texas’ 11th district since 2021, recently highlighted local community efforts and achievements in a series of social media posts between July 31 and August 1, 2025.
On July 31, Pfluger acknowledged the contributions of officials and residents involved in flood response efforts in Kerrville earlier that month. He wrote, “Thank you to all of our local officials and Texas-11 residents who are testifying in Kerrville today on the flood response of July 4th. Later that day, Pfluger recognized the accomplishments of Irion County High School’s rifle team at a state competition. Pfluger has represented Texas’s 11th District since replacing Mike Conaway in Congress following his victory over Jon Mark Hogg in the November 2020 general election with nearly eighty percent of the vote.
