Midland, Texas – Douglas Leon Duncan, 62, of Midland, Texas, passed away at his home on September 25, 2025. Born on October 31, 1962, in Arkansas City, Kansas, Douglas was the beloved son of Ronald Bruce and Mildred Irene (Dixon) Duncan. He was known for his dedication and work ethic, serving as the longest-tenured employee at TDJ Oilfield Services. Douglas was admired for his kindness and willingness to help others, leaving a lasting impact on those around him in Midland and Odessa. He is survived by his sister, Sharmarie Achary, and extended family members. Douglas was predeceased by his life partner, Robin Parker, his parents, and his brother David Lewis Duncan. His generous spirit and compassionate nature will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
