Of all students enrolled in the 2024-25 school year, 52.7% were girls, and 47.3% were boys.
Data also showed that most of the students were Hispanic, representing 77.9% of the Mccamey ISD total enrollment.
Among the two districts in Upton County, Rankin ISD ranked second in enrollment numbers with 301 students in the 2024-25 school year.
