Rep. August Pfluger, who represents Texas’s 11th district in the U.S. Congress, has recently shared a series of posts on social media highlighting border security, local educational achievements, and government accountability.

On August 21, 2025, Rep. Pfluger posted about the state of the southwest border under the current administration: “The numbers speak for themselves: the southwest border is the most secure in years under @POTUS. Check out @HomelandGOP’s latest ‘Border Brief’ to see the stunning drop of border encounters https://t.co/oarc0hmvqX”.

The following day, he congratulated Angelo State University for its recent recognition: “Congratulations to @AngeloState on receiving the ‘Best College’ Designation by the Princeton Review. ASU is a world-class institution, educating the next generation of leaders right here in Texas-11. Go Rams! https://t.co/yQRowQ1a5b” (August 22, 2025).

Later that same day, Rep. Pfluger addressed concerns about federal funding and extremist organizations: “No organization with ties to Islamist terrorists or anti-American, antisemitic extremist groups should have been receiving a single taxpayer dollar in the first place.

President Trump is delivering on his promise to restore accountability in government.
