MONTCLAIR STATE UNIVERSITY: COVID-19 Response: Event Update

Update450

Montclair State University issued the following announcement on April

Montclair State University’s iconic Red Hawk Diner is now closed until further notice.

In response to COVID-19, the University has been taking steps to reduce risk, including extending Spring Break, moving all courses online, canceling University-related travel to locations where the risk of infection is greater, and asking those who have been exposed to the disease or traveled to higher-risk countries to quarantine themselves for 14 days.

We ask that students, faculty and staff help us reduce the risk by practicing proper handwashing and staying home unless they are essential staff. Meanwhile, the University is also using other “social distancing” strategies, such as using videoconferencing for meetings and rescheduling or canceling events.
