66.7% of Borden County residents old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 550 citizens living in Borden County in 2021, 66.7% were old enough to vote, equating to 367 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 188 were male, constituting 51.2%, and 179 were female, making up 48.8%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Borden County during 2021 was lower than the state average, which stands at 74.2%.
