On Thursday, January 25, former Lincoln County High School standout, Zy Wright’s current college team, the Texas–Permian Basin Falcons, lost 68-78 in their NCAA D2 game against the St. Edward's Hilltoppers.

The game took place in Odessa, Texas. This was the first matchup against the St. Edward's Hilltoppers this season.
