On Saturday, November 11, former Magnolia West High School standout, Kamari Portalis’ current college team, the Texas–Permian Basin Falcons, lost 54-70 in their NCAA D2 game against the Colorado Mesa Mavericks.

The game took place in Grand Junction, Colorado. This was the first matchup against the Colorado Mesa Mavericks this season.
