Midland, TX - Vicky Loraine Brown, born on July 26, 1952, to Edgar R. Bell Jr. and Teola McCollum, peacefully passed away on August 8, 2024. Vicky is remembered by her sons Anthony W. Bell Sr. and partner Rebekah, Brandon J. Williams and wife Brittany, daughter Monique R. Allen and husband Renee, as well as numerous siblings, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Throughout her career, Vicky worked in various customer service management roles in the food service and retail industries until her retirement in 2019. She additionally dedicated 16 years of service to Mr. and Mrs. Williams of Midland, TX. Post-retirement, Vicky served as a crossing guard at Greathouse Elementary School, where her great-granddaughter Marley Lane Bell attended.

The family of Vicky Brown expresses gratitude to Dr. Phillip Chae of Texas Oncology, St. Joseph’s Home Health Inc., and all who provided support through flowers and prayers during this time.
