Odessa, Texas - Maria Perez Casas Lynn, 91, of Odessa, Texas, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2024, at Parks Assisted Living Center in Odessa. Maria, born on September 20, 1932, in Victoria, Texas, to Santiago and Trinidad (Flores) Perez, was known for her love, kindness, and faith.

Maria's loving and generous spirit touched all who knew her, creating a warm and welcoming environment. She was a nature lover, finding joy in the beauty of flowers and the tranquility of her garden. Maria was a devoted member of the Odessa Bible Church and cherished her role as a mother and grandmother, always expressing her love through baking.

She is survived by her seven children, sixteen grandchildren, seven siblings, numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Maria was preceded in death by her grandchild Debbie Lee Casas, parents Santiago and Trinidad Perez, siblings, Ishmael Casas, and daughter-in-law Virginia Perez Casas.
