Gala Sue King, aged 84, passed away on September 14, 2024. Born on January 1, 1940, in Seminole, Oklahoma, Gala was known for her dedication to her family and church, as well as her love for rodeo and basketball during her youth.

She married Jack King in 1959 and together they shared a life filled with love and devotion. Gala was an active member of the Golf Course Road Church of Christ for over forty-six years and was deeply involved in her children's and grandchildren's activities.

Survived by her husband, son J.J. and wife Stacy, daughter Paula Bettis and husband John, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, Gala's memory will be cherished by all who knew her. Visitation will be on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home, with a graveside service on Thursday, September 19, 2024, at Little Cemetery in Little, Oklahoma, and a Memorial/Celebration of Life service on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at Golf Course Road Church of Christ.
