Sandra Ann Borrego, aged 61, of Midland, TX, passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2024. Born on February 10, 1963, in San Antonio, TX, Sandra faced health challenges from birth but demonstrated resilience surpassing doctors' prognoses. Despite becoming blind and deaf later in life and battling against cancer, her unwavering faith in God and fighting spirit allowed her to live independently in Midland.

Sandra, never married and without children, cherished her family above all. Her favorite pastime was making beaded bracelets and listening to praise and worship music. Known for her sense of humor, wit, and infectious laugh, she will be dearly missed as a daughter, sister, and aunt.

She is survived by her mother, Ruth Macias, and sisters Ruthann Kumar, Maggie Aguirre, Leticia Angeles. She also leaves behind nieces, nephews, and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews. Sandra was preceded in death by her father, Domingo Borrego Jr.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory, with visitation at 8:00 a.m. and a memorial service from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The family appreciates the love and prayers received during this time of grief.
