Midland - Arthur (Art) Richard Laengrich, 91, of Midland passed away on September 26, 2024. He was born in Arcadia, Oklahoma on February 7, 1933. Art served in the Army from 1952-54 and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Oklahoma State University in 1961. He married Sue Starnes and together they built a life in Midland, where Art worked as President and CEO of Ortloff Engineers, LTD from 1986 until his retirement in 2003. Art is survived by his wife Frances Laengrich, his children Larry Laengrich, Jennifer Aurelius, Jay Laengrich, grandchildren, great-grandson, step-children, and sister Betty Sexton. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2024, at Manor Park chapel.
