Geneta Gail McGovern, a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away on October 29, 2024, at the age of 81. She is survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Geneta was known for her hospitality, love for others, and dedication to her faith.

Born on July 16, 1943, in Lubbock, Texas, Geneta grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was a graduate of Valley High School and found joy in serving her family and community. Geneta's life will be celebrated at a Memorial Service at Ellis Resthaven Funeral Home and Memorial Park on November 9, 2024, at 2:00 PM.
