Iva Grace Haywood, 72, passed away on November 1, 2024, at her home in Midland. Born on November 3, 1951, to Franklin and Edna Marie Clayton in Snyder, Texas, Iva was affectionately known as "The Boss" and was deeply loved by her family.

She dedicated almost forty years to her career at Cogdell Memorial Hospital and was a committed member of First Baptist Church in Snyder, serving in children's ministry. Survived by her three children, eight grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, and siblings, Iva's joyful spirit and faithfulness will be dearly missed.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, November 9th, at 2:00 PM at First Baptist Church in Snyder, presided over by Ben Reid.
