With a passion for antique cars, he was a revered member of the West Texas Region Antique Automobile Club of America. Weldon and his wife relished attending car shows and antique automobile tours, often taking family trips in vintage cars, including a memorable journey from Pampa, Texas, to the World's Fair in Spokane, Washington in a 1929 Model A Ford.
Survived by his wife of 65 years, Marilyn, daughters Lawanna Quist (Patrick) and Billie Sue Schaefer (Jeff), granddaughters Evan Bauer (Eric), Ragen Wisnoskie (Daniel), Jordan Harrison (Taylor), and nine great-grandchildren, Weldon will be dearly missed.
