Midland - Marilyn “Gail” Knight Granat, 82, of Midland, Texas, passed away on December 13, 2024. Gail was born on March 31, 1942, in Beach, North Dakota, to Les and Reka Knight. She was a dedicated wife to Larry Granat and a loving mother to Toni and Shannon.

Gail was an active member of Grace Lutheran Church in Midland, where she taught midweek classes for many years. She is survived by her daughters Toni Granat and Shannon Granat-Damin, grandchildren Savannah Hinz, Sophia Marshall, and Andrew Damin, and brother Wesley Knight.

Public viewing will be on Thursday, December 19, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, followed by funeral services at noon officiated by Pastor Robert Pase and Pastor Mike Ramey.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice of Midland in Midland, Texas, are encouraged in Gail's honor.
