Midland, Texas - Arturo Jose Salazar, a beloved carpenter and music enthusiast from Midland, passed away on January 7th, 2025, at the age of 80. Arturo, born in Midland, Texas, was known for his passion for music, playing the guitar, and singing for his loved ones. He founded the construction company "Salazar & Son" and was dedicated to helping others.

Arturo is survived by his wife, children, siblings, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. A viewing and visitation will be held on January 16th, with a Rosary service, at Willowbrook Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will take place on January 17th at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish and Shrine Catholic Church in Midland.
