Midland, TX - Emelia Armendariz, aged 77, passed away at her home surrounded by family on Thursday, January 09, 2025. Born on August 8, 1947, in Midland, TX, Emelia worked as a housekeeper for the Bolger Family for over 40 years and later retired as an MISD crossing guard. She enjoyed spending time with her family, playing Bingo, and visiting the maquinitas.

Emelia is survived by her children, siblings, grandkids, great-grandkids, and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, and siblings.

Funeral services will be held at Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Funeral Home and Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. The family expressed their thanks to the medical unit nursing staff at MMH and Heart to Heart Hospice, along with friends and family for their support.

The family will be accepting visitation at their Armendariz home.
