Born in Lamesa, TX on August 25, 1964, Jessie was the child of the late Eddie and Daisy Atchison. He proudly graduated from Robert E. Lee High School in the class of 1981. Jessie dedicated his career to cooking for various restaurants until his retirement.
Jessie is preceded in death by his parents, Eddie and Daisy Atchison, along with four brothers: Eddie Jr., Larry, William, his twin brother Terry, and his sister Sonia.
Left to cherish his memory are his three sisters, Joyce Edwards, Rose Young (John), and Glendora Atchison, as well as two brothers, J.L. Sullivan and Willie Sullivan, and a host of nieces and nephews.
A viewing and visitation will commence at 1:00pm on Friday, January 17, 2025, at Antioch Baptist Church, 1400 E. Golf Course Rd., Midland, TX 79701, followed by a Celebration of Jessie’s Life at 2:00pm, led by Pastor Ronald Vandyke.
