City of Big Spring issued the following announcement on April 9
The General Election scheduled on May 2, 2020, for the purpose of electing a City Council member for District One and a City Council member for District 3 has been POSTPONED until November 3, 2020, pursuant to a proclamation from Texas Governor Abbott.
