Out of state protestors targeted Bob Fu's home.
Protesters visiting Midland who targeted Pastor Bob Fu for his advocacy on behalf of Christians living in China are from Houston and San Francisco, according to Midland Police Department arrest records.
Four protesters were arrested for jaywalking last week in front of Fu’s home.
Dong-Na Fang, 59, gave 21 Maynard Street, San Francisco as her address. That’s in San Francisco’s Mission Terrace neighborhood.

Public records show Fang paid $468,971 for the property in 2010; It is worth $1.35 million today, according to Zillow.com
Fang, who also goes by the name Dong-Na Kearns, has also lived in Arcata, Calif., in Humboldt County in far Northern California. Public records show she was married to Robert E. Kearns and has two children, Kendall Kearns (age 26) and Mason Kearns (age 22).
Dong-Na is a registered Democrat.
Li-Ping Nettesheim, 46, a/k/a Weyning Guo, gave 6666 Harbor Town Drive, #209 in Houston’s Sharpstown neighborhood as her address.
She previously lived in the Waukesha County, Wisconsin suburb of Sussex, outside Milwaukee, where she was married to Jeffrey W. Nettesheim, 58, an executive with Quad/Graphics.
Jeffrey and Li-Ping were divorced in Dec. 2015. She had an interpreter present at the divorce hearing, according to court records. The couple had no children.
Jeffrey Nettesheim was previously married and divorced in 2006.
Nettesheim is currently president of Mandy’s Healthy Palace, Inc. in Richmond, Texas, according to public corporation filings.
Qui-Sheng Chen, 55, told police he lives at 28914 Golden Spike Court in Katy’s Tamarron subdivision. Texas voter registration records show he lives at 22010 Galapagos Court in Katy’s Morton Ranch.
Katy is a suburb of Houston. Houston Association of Realtors records show the Tammaron home sold for between $285,000 and 325,000 in March 2019.
Rong Liang Starks, 53, a/k/a Rong Liang said she lives at 3022 Barnhill Lane in Sugar Land outside Houston. Her husband is finance executive Greg W. Starks, 55, of the same address. They were married in 2003 by a Fort Bend County Justice of the Peace, according to public court filings.
