City of Odessa issued the following announcement on Nov. 18
To the registered voters of the City of Odessa, Texas:

Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that a runoff city election will be held on December 15, 2020, between the hours of 7:00 o’clock a.m. and 7:00 o’clock p.m. for the purpose of electing Mayor, Council Member District 1, and Council Member At Large.
Said election shall be held at the hereinafter described vote centers:
