Evelyn Hoyle, aged 58, passed away on October 29, 2024. Born on December 27, 1965, in Midland, Texas, Evelyn was remembered as a vibrant soul with a joyful heart and generous spirit. She was known for her love of shopping and flair for style, as well as her passion for cooking and nurturing those around her.

Evelyn's lively spirit, love for people, and caring nature left a lasting impact on her family and friends, who will cherish memories of laughter and joy shared with her.

She is reunited in heaven with her parents, Jimmy Starks and Charlene Jones. Evelyn is survived by her brothers James Starks and Fred Jones, and her children Timothy Jones and Brystal Scurlock, along with numerous other family members and friends.
