Midland, Texas - De'Andre Allen Jefferson, affectionately known as "Spuddy", passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2024, at the age of 27. Born on July 10, 1997, to Dorothy Monroe and Raymond Jefferson, Dre was a beloved son, brother, and friend who touched the lives of all who knew him.

Spuddy was recognized for his infectious sense of humor, genuine caring nature, and deep love for life. His ability to make others laugh and bring joy to every situation made him a cherished presence among friends and family. An individual with a passion for music, Dre also enjoyed helping others and spreading positivity wherever he went.

A sports enthusiast, Dre had a special fondness for basketball and football. His family held a significant place in his heart, and he cherished the moments spent together, creating unforgettable memories during gatherings and celebrations.

Dre is now at peace in the company of his great-grandfather, great-grandmothers, and great uncle, who preceded him in death. He is survived by his mother, Dorothy Monroe; father, Raymond Jefferson; brothers, Roshad Monroe, Isaiah Monroe, Kaleb Jefferson, and Fredrick Coley; grandparents, Garfield and Estella Hart; aunty Lakacia Josie; cousins; and a host of other family members and friends.

De'Andre Allen Jefferson, or "Spuddy", leaves behind a legacy of laughter, love, and joy that will forever remain in the hearts of those who were blessed to have known him. While his presence will be missed, his spirit will live on in the memories he created with his infectious energy and bright personality.
