Midland, TX - Mary Irene Moreno, 72, passed away peacefully at her residence on Tuesday, December 31, 2024. Born on January 27, 1952, in Midland, TX, Moreno devoted 25 years of her career to assisting individuals in medical financial need at Midland Memorial Hospital before retiring in 2015. She was an active member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish and Shrine, dedicating herself to various ministries. Moreno is survived by her children Angela Hawk, Tony Barela, and Kimberly Galindo, along with numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, siblings, nieces, nephews, and friends. Services will be held at Lewallen-Garcia-Pipkin Funeral Home and Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
