Anthony Ray Sullivan, 53, Remembered for Selflessness and Love of Family

Anthony Ray Sullivan, a cherished and dedicated man, soared to his heavenly abode on January 9, 2025. Born on October 21, 1971, in Midland, Texas, Anthony led a life brimming with ardor for others and deep love for his family.

Anthony's life was intertwined with that of his beloved wife, Susanne Sullivan, whom he met in 1992. Over 33 years, they cultivated a life filled with love and warmth, raising their daughter Samantha Jones, son Elijah Sullivan, and adored grandchildren Nevaeh, Xavier, and Malachi.

Left to honor his memory are his mother Rosita (Mary) Burns, brothers Lewis Sullivan, Dexter Burns, Alex Burns, sisters Bonnie Clemons, Zyshunmen Clemons, cherished aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Anthony's commitment to family stemmed from his formative years spent at Cole Park Zoo and learning life's values from his uncles and brother Lewis. His mastery of the BBQ pit was not just a skill, but a way to bring his family together. Fond memories of Sundays spent with loved ones will forever be cherished. Anthony's generosity and willingness to help endeared him to all. His close bond with aunt Faye Jackson and niece Kelly Barboza will forever endure. Anthony's unwavering friendship with his cousin Mel Trevino will be remembered fondly.

In his professional life, Anthony found joy working for Laurence Hahn's family and Charles Seltzer (Bro), touching hearts and grilling up memorable meals. His dedication and selflessness were evident in all aspects of his life.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on January 17, 2025, at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home, with funeral services following on January 18, 2025. Anthony's legacy of love and kindness lives on in the hearts of those he touched. Familial gratitude is extended to Leslie Hahn, the late Peggy Hahn, and Bro Charles Seltzer for their unwavering support and friendship.

The imprint Anthony left on the world through his selflessness and love for all will resonate in the hearts of many. Rest in peace, Big Ant, as your love and legacy endure throughout the ages.
