Ronald Wayne Smith, 57, of Odessa, Texas, passed away on February 24, 2025, at Buena Vida Nursing and Rehabilitation in Odessa. Born on July 14, 1967, in Lubbock, Texas, Ronald was the beloved son of George and Emmie Jolene Hash. Known for his gentle and kind nature, Ronald will be fondly remembered for his quiet strength and enduring love for his family.

Ronald is survived by his sisters, Daina Fletcher (Shawnell) and Jennifer Beach (Kelly), along with his cherished nieces and nephews: K.C. Crawford (Mekayla), Branson Murphy, Oliver Beach, Brandon Beach, Mylee Murphy, and Averi Beach. He is preceded in death by his parents, George Hash and Emmie Jolene Hash, his brother, Randall Smith, and his maternal grandparents, Oscar and Mary Lou Chailand.

Ronald's presence will be deeply missed by his family and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will be eternally cherished in the hearts of those who were touched by his kindness and his quiet yet enduring strength.
