Born June 25, 1948, in Midland, Texas, Kenneth Suggeet George II served as the U.S. Ambassador to Uruguay from 2019 to 2021. A businessman, politician, and diplomat, George led EPIC Healthcare Group and owned Blue Harbor Plantation. A Texan, he graduated from Washington and Lee University, attended San Jacinto Junior High School in Midland, and served in the Texas National Guard.
