Born on July 15, 1990, Tyler Randall Young, an American stock car racing driver and team owner, has left an indelible mark on the racing world. Owner of Young's Motorsports in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, Young manages trucks like Nos. 02, 12, and 20 Chevrolet Silverados. He transitioned from driving full-time in 2014 and 2015 to balancing driving part-time with a focus on team ownership. Young's racing journey began at 12 in the International Karting Federation, winning a 2004 championship. He raced in various categories, relocating to Mooresville, North Carolina, in 2008. Competing in the Hooters Pro Cup Series in 2008, Young expanded into the Camping World Truck Series in 2012, notably finishing 28th in his debut at Rockingham Speedway. Highlights include a best finish of 11th at Chicagoland Speedway in 2014 and his first career top ten at Dover International Speedway in 2015. Young's racing prowess extends to Xfinity Series, making his debut at Kentucky Speedway in 2015, showcasing his resilience by finishing 28th despite a challenging start.
