(Midland) - Vickie Lee Waisner, a dedicated Ingersoll-Rand retiree, passed away peacefully on August 12, 2024, in Lake Brownwood, Texas. She was born on April 21, 1948, in Iola, Kansas, to James and Norma Stewart. Vickie was known for her love of shopping, home decorating, and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by her husband, Raymond Waisner, their children Darren, Daryl, and Amber, along with grandchildren and great-grandchildren. The family will receive visitors at Ellis Funeral Home on Saturday, August 17, 2024, with a celebration of Vickie's life on Monday, August 19, 2024, followed by a graveside service at Serenity Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alzheimer's Associations or Midland Medical Lodge in Vickie's memory. Pallbearers and honorary pallbearers have been selected for the services.
