Midland, Texas, March 31, 2025 - Wanda Lee (Watts) Ramsey, a longtime resident of Midland, Texas, passed away peacefully at the age of 97. Ramsey, born on July 9, 1927, in Springdale, Arkansas, to Mamie Belle (Dobbs) and David Albert Watts, had a fulfilling life dedicated to family, art, and community involvement.

Ramsey is survived by her son, daughter, grandson, sister, and sister of choice, along with numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband Elton, parents, brothers, niece, and friend, Ramsey has left a lasting impact on those who knew her.

A visitation will be held at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home on April 2, 2025, from 5:00-7:00 p.m., with a memorial service at First Baptist Church Chapel in Midland on April 3, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. Memorial donations are welcomed to a chosen charity in remembrance of Wanda Lee Ramsey.
