Odessa, TX - Adelfa Anaya, 73, of Odessa, Texas, peacefully went home to our Heavenly Father on March 30, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Born on October 19, 1951, in Lamesa, TX, to Jose Molina and Lucy Rowland, Adelfa was known for her deep love for her family and the joy she found in her roles as a mother, grandmother, and sister.

In her lifetime, Adelfa was preceded in death by her parents, daughter JoAnn Molina, sister Elva Baca, and brothers Robert Molina and Henry Rowland. Left to cherish her memory are her husband Jose, daughters Josie Melendez and Rachel Molina, son Angel, along with her sisters Elsa Molina and Lucy Ruiz, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Adelfa's devotion to family, love for her grandchildren, and passion for tending to her garden brought light and warmth to those around her. She found joy in attending church, music, dancing, and shopping for her grandchildren with her daughters.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at a visitation on April 3, 2025, followed by a prayer service. Funeral services will be held on April 4, 2025, with Pastor Roy Garcia officiating, and burial at American Heritage Funeral Home.

Adelfa Anaya's legacy of love and devotion will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew her. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
