Norberto C. Rodriguez Sr., Respected Oil Field Worker and Beloved Family Man, Passes Away at 64

Midland, Texas, March 30, 2025 - Norberto C. Rodriguez Sr., known affectionately as "Beto," peacefully passed away at the age of 64 on Sunday, March 30, 2025. A devoted husband, loving father, and cherished grandfather "tata," Rodriguez was a pillar of strength and source of joy for his family and friends.

Born in Tuxpan, Michoacan, Mexico, Rodriguez dedicated over 40 years to the oil field industry, sharing his knowledge and passion with many. Outside of work, he found true happiness in spending quality time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.

Survived by his beloved wife, Linda Rodriguez, his children, grandchildren, siblings, cousins, and friends, Rodriguez leaves behind a legacy of kindness and humility. He will be deeply missed by all who were fortunate enough to know him.

A viewing and rosary will be held at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel on April 5 and 6, 2025. Services will take place at Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish & Shrine on April 7, 2025, followed by interment at Serenity Memorial Gardens in Midland.

The family expresses gratitude to the medical staff at Texas Oncology, Houston Methodist, and Mayo Clinic in Arizona for their care and support. Pallbearers for Rodriguez's service will be family members and friends.
