Barry Pierce, 71, of Midland, Texas, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2024. Barry, born on September 17, 1953, in Lamesa, TX, was known for his Master Electrician work and his career at the Midland Reporter Telegram. He was a devoted husband to Billie, and a loving father to sons Eric and Evan. Barry enjoyed hunting, fishing, practicing Tae Kwon Do, and spending time with his grandchildren.

A service in memory of Barry will be held on Monday, November 18, 2024, at 10 a.m. at Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home & Crematory in Midland. Graveside services will take place at a later date. Barry is survived by his wife Billie, sons Eric and Evan, their spouses and children, his sisters Shirrel Hurrell, Barbara Rink, Jackie Calhoun, sister-in-law Delana Alred, and extended family.

Barry was preceded in death by his parents Elton Ray and Willie Pierce, and brother Bobby Pierce. The family expresses their appreciation to neighbors, friends, and extended family for their support during this time.
