Milburn Sanders Jr., known as "Sugar Jr.", passed away on January 4, 2025, at the age of 79. Born on March 4, 1945, in Midland, Texas, he served proudly in the United States Navy and later worked in construction and as an orderly.

A viewing for Milburn Sanders Jr. will be held on Thursday, January 9, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Mayberry Funeral Home in Midland, Texas. The funeral service is scheduled for Friday, January 10, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at Macedonia Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Park.
