Lawrence Charles Davis, aged 88, of Midland, Texas, passed away peacefully on Monday, March 17, 2025. Born on May 6, 1936, in Many, Louisiana, to Neely Albert Davis and Renea Davis, Lawrence served his country in the United States Air Force for 20 years. He later worked as a social worker at Tarrant County MHMR for two decades.

Survived by his wife Carmen Davis, son Neely Davis, and grandchildren Kyle Hester, Carly Hester, Haven Davis, Lawrence Davis, and Harper Davis, Lawrence was affectionately known as "Spike," "Chuck," or "Muscles" by many. A lover of Texas Rangers baseball, gardening, and spending time with family, Lawrence will be remembered for his caring nature and love for his family.

A memorial service will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at Belview Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital are appreciated.
